Finance Consultant
Title: Finance Consultant - Correspondent Client Group (CCG)
Reporting to: Director – Correspondent Client Group Finance
Location: St. Louis,
Missouri
Responsibilities:
The Finance Consultant will support the Correspondent Client Group (CCG) in matters concerning new and existing business analysis, strategic initiatives, and project management efforts.The Finance Consultant will also drive process improvement initiatives as well as data management and validation efforts.In addition, this position will be responsible for partnering and consulting with the sales team and relationship managers to ensure that firm contracts are interpreted properly for setup in the billing system. The individual will provide guidance to senior leaders and relationship managers on the re-pricing of existing clients. This will be done by maintaining a key metric database and a pricing model that calculates the impact of price adjustments and provides a side-by-side comparison to current firm revenue. Responsibilities include: Reviewing billing system fee schedules, maintaining adjustment database, researching contract and billing discrepancies, coordinating changes or updates to the billing system, and maintaining key metric database and pricing model.This position will report to the Director of Correspondent Client Group Finance.

Requirements:
To be qualified for this position, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 5-10 years of financial analysis experience preferably in the Clearing side of retail brokerage industry. Advanced experience with Access and Excel is required for this position. Experience in accounting or financial analysis within a retail brokerage environment is preferred. Candidates should have excellent analytical, written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills. This Position Will be Located in St. Louis MO Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
